After taking three straight sets to pick up their first victory of the season on the road at Treasure Valley Community College, the Lady Vikes took on the Timberwolves at home on Wednesday Setptember 29th, 2021 at the Devries Activity Center.
The Lady Vikes jumped out to an early lead versus Blue Mountain Community College starting off with a 7-1 run and ultimately taking the first set by a score of 25-20. After coming out strong the Lady Vikes battled but fell in the second and third set by scores of 25-20 and 25-18. Going into the fourth set facing elimination, the Lady Vikes came out firing taking an early lead and won the fourth set by the largest margin of the match with a score of 25-15 pushing the match to a fifth and final set. With a strong fourth set BBCC continued the momentum, just as in previous sets the Lady Vikes jumped out to an early lead and took the final set by a score of 15-7.
With victories versus TVCC and BMCC, the Lady Vikes prepare to take on the Wenatchee Valley Knight on the road Friday, October 1st looking for theri third straight victory.
