Lady Vikes Season Comes To A Close

Lady Vikes Season Comes To A Close

Coming off of an unorthodox Covid season, BBCC fall sports experienced a quick turn around hoping to resume regularly scheduled athletics. With this quick turn around the Lady Vikes managed to put together a solid season. With great wins and close loses, the Lady Vikes managed to put their mark on NWAC Volleyball being well represented in several statistical categories. Gabriella Rios led the Lady Vikes on numerous occasions on the offensive end and ultimately ended up second in the NWAC in Kills Per Set. Not only being represented on the offensive end, Elli Rodgers made her mark on the defensive end placing second in the NWAC in Block Per Set.

The Lady Vikes finished up their regular season with yet another hard fought battle versus Walla Walla Community College Warriors at the Devries Activity Center. BBCC managed to take the first set by a score of 25-23 but could not seem to continue the momentum in the following sets. Falling 25-16 in the second set, 27-25 in the third and 25-18 in the fourth and final set the Lady Vikes fell to the Warriors by a final score of 3-1.

Best wishes to all member of the Lady Vikes Volleyball team!
