Rios and Rodgers Represent Lady Vikes as Midseason Standouts

At the half way mark of the NWAC Volleyball's 2021 season the Lady Vikes were well represented by not one but two BBCC players as mid season standouts.

Gabriella Rios has been a force on the offensive side for the Lady Vikes as well as a top offensive player in the entire NWAC. In conference play, Rios leads the league in kills with 103, total attacks with 321 and points with 115 as well as ranking top 25 in total blocks on the defensive side.

Elli Rodgers has been the Lady Vikes most dynamic player on both sides of the ball this season ranking 8th in points with 85.5 and in the top 20 in kills with 63 and total attacks with 173. In addition to her offensive weapons Rodgers ranks 1st in blocks per set along with being top 10 in solo blocks, block assists and total blocks. 

Come out Friday October 15th at the Devries Activity Center as BBCC takes on the Yakima Valley College Yaks.
