Rios and Balfourd Sign
Two more BBCC Student Athletes have signed Letters of Intent to move on to the next level.
Lady Vikes standout Gabriella Rios has committed to take her talents to the College of Idaho in Caldwell, ID who compete in the Cascade Collegiate Conference. Gabriella put together an all-star season as a sophomore being the number one offensive option for the Lady Vikes and finishing 3rd in the NWAC in kills per set and collecting almost 300 kills in her two seasons at Big Bend.
Jacklyn Balfourd has committed to Dickinson State University in Dickinson, ND who compete in the North Star Athletic Association Conference. Jacklyn was one of the most consistent Lady Vikes all season. Collecting a kill, an assist and a dig per set on average, Balfourd proved to be an extremely reliable player all season long.
